Requirement: Strategic and coaching support Since January 2023 you have: • Assembled a new Senior Leadership Team, recruiting a number of new individuals and beginning the process of developing the team. • Developed a stronger relationship with the Chair and the Board. • Led Ofwat's response to a number of high profile, delicate issues facing the water industry. • Engaged with stakeholders in Government, industry, and the investor community at critical moments. • Initated the development of a more agile, dynamic performance culture, focused on the delivery of the strategy. Our work together has covered all of these areas, helping you to make wise decisions, react thoughtfully, and focus your attention on the right areas. The work together will comprise: • Review any Ofwat documents you feel are relevant to our work to provide suggestions and challenge to help improve their design and/or delivery. • Eight sessions (typically 60-90 minutes, every two to four weeks) to discuss progress, share ideas, work out how to overcome obstacles.
