We're on the hunt for an experienced IT Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in supporting medium-sized organizations, bringing in-depth expertise across a range of platforms and tools, from Microsoft Endpoint Manager (InTune) to Office 365 administration. This role will be key in supporting the organisation through a period of transition to an outsourced provider as well as key to the growth of the organisation. Key Deliverables / Responsibilities: IT Support - Provide top-tier IT support tailored to the needs of medium-sized organizations. - Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Microsoft Endpoint Manager (InTune) - Deliver support and administration for Microsoft Endpoint Manager (InTune). - Manage device configurations, updates, and security policies through InTune.
