Description
Eastlight Community Homes invites experienced roofing, refurbishment and building contractors to participate in a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) exercise for an upcoming procurement opportunity. Eastlight is seeking feedback from the market to help shape the future delivery of roofing, garage and outbuilding refurbishment works across its housing portfolio. The proposed procurement is expected to be divided into two Lots, and suppliers are invited to express an interest in one or both Lots. Services in Scope The proposed contract is expected to include: Lot 1: Flat Roofing, Garage & Outbuilding Refurbishment Works, Including Wall Finishes The anticipated scope may include: •Flat roof repairs, refurbishment and replacement •Garage refurbishment works •Outbuilding refurbishment works •Repairs and replacement of associated building components •Wall repairs and wall finishing works •Internal and external making good works •Associated drainage and rainwater goods •Minor structural and remedial works associated with the refurbishment •Removal and disposal of existing materials •Associated preparatory and finishing works •Any ancillary works required to complete the refurbishment Lot…
