Description
For the provision of supervision of clinical leads for Psychologically Informed Planned Environments (PIPEs) Supervision of clinical leads is undertaken by a group analyst who is experienced working with personality disorder, staff teams and organisational dynamics; they come together once a month for monthly group supervision and bi-monthly for individual supervision.
