Description
The Council of the London Borough of Redbridge (“the Authority”) are seeking Tenders from suitably experienced and qualified organisations for the Contract for the provision of an independent domestic abuse support service. The contract shall commence on 1st April 2025 and shall continue up to and including 31st March 2029 with the option to extend to the 31st March 2030 (“the Contract Period”). The Authority is seeking to appoint a provider(s) to deliver an independent Domestic Abuse Support Service to anyone 16 years old and above, who has previously, or who are currently experiencing any form of domestic abuse. This service is also known as an IDVA (Independent Domestic Abuse Advisor) Service. The Provider shall work within the aims and scope of the Service detail in in the specification and the service being delivered shall be flexible with the service users needs being at the score of the service delivery. In delivering the service, the Provider shall draw from their experience and ability in working with the victim/survivor who has or may have experienced domestic abuse.
