Description
East Midlands Imaging Network ("EMRAD"), a network of eight NHS Trusts that share diagnostic imaging capability across the East Midlands, is undertaking preliminary market engagement prior to procuring an enterprise-wide medical imaging management and processing system, to include Radiology Information System (“RIS”), Picture Archiving and Communication System (“PACS”), Vendor Neutral Archive (“VNA”), Cardiology Information System and Digital Pathology. The Trusts in the network are: - Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust - Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group (comprising United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust) - Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust - University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust - University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust - University Hospitals of Northamptonshire NHS Group (comprising Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust) EMRAD is planning the procurement of replacement PACS and RIS systems for all 8 Trusts, on an anticipated term of up to 10 years with ph…
