Description
This is a fully managed HR Advisory and case management service, provided directly to line managers across UU. It is also interlinked with a separate agreement for Occupational Health services. Services delivered provide all aspects of support including advice, guidance and a suitable platform. Service provision includes: • HR employee relations advice and guidance content hosted on the company intranet • Telephone-based HR advisory support for managers • A case and call management platform to log, manage and track HR matters • Management information reporting • Links to separate Occupational Health arrangements where required
