This scope is to support WCC select a Development partner for Shrub Hill Industrial Estate, Worcester. Located in the heart of Worcester City Centre and covering an area of c.14 hectares, the Shrub Hill Quarter is a long-undervalued area with significant untapped potential. Due to its size, location, and strategic connectivity; it is a regionally significant regeneration opportunity which has the potential to underpin the long-term vitality, growth, and identity of Worcester as both a place to live and to work. The proposed regeneration of Shrub Hill Quarter, Worcester, Worcestershire has the potential to be one of the largest regeneration projects in the region and presents a once in a lifetime opportunity to shape a significant new part of Worcester and create an exemplary mixed-use neighborhood. WCC have just completed a consultation on a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) for the future development of Shrub Hill, Worcester.
