Dorset Council is engaging a strategic consultancy partner to deliver a focused package of work to support our immediate transformational planning needs. Building on the insights and recommendations from the three delivery reports produced in phase one and the full business case developed in phase two, Dorset Council seeks expert consultancy advisory to support the initial mobilisation and implementation of 'Our Future Council.' A significant amount of progress has been made in a short period of time to progress the ambition of delivering whole organisation transformation. The agreement of the business case in January is a key milestone. However, there is a need to maintain the momentum and engagement generated in the last few months. Moving at pace into February is needed in order to deliver changes and benefits that will contribute both towards the savings requirement for the next financial year and set the infrastructure in place to be able to deliver Our Future Council is critical.
