Description

The provision of SIMs for EMR staff Mobile devices and tablets, the On-Train WiFi services for EMR customers, and sundry mobile computing devices without access to WiFi. Aims To enable customers to access the internet via on train WiFi To provide EMR staff with voice and data services for mobile devices Consolidation of multiple contracts Management of SIMs via a single online portal Ensure Network coverage across the EMR rail network Flexibility to move between mobile network operators Provide excellent customer service to EMR customers and staff Ensure value for money
