Description
NW2800 - CDE and Data Governance Platform including implementation services Northumbrian Water Limited (NWL) deliver both regulated and non-regulated water and wastewater services, one of 10 such providers in the UK, to over 4.2m customers, operating principally in the North-East of England and Essex and Suffolk. The business is headquartered in Durham and is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Cheung Kong Hutchison Holdings (CKHH), based in Hong Kong, as well as partly owned by the USA company. The business turns over £900m and has circa 3200 UK based employees. The business is recognised as a leading customer service organisation with strong ethical values. The purpose of this Expression of Interest is to shortlist suppliers to tender for a digital solution and implementation services to meet the NWL Common Data Environment (CDE) and data governance platform requirements. [Requirement] Currently, NWL relies on partners CDE's to manage capital delivery project information, and at the end of the project, only a few documents are transferred to the NWL digital infrastructure (SharePoint).
