Description
Procurement of a structured digital information management database, that centralises, standardises and automates the management of information requirements, deliverables, assurance activity and reporting across programme workflows. The team-accessible, SaaS licensed system will provide: • Single structured database environment to manage complex information requirements across the New Hospital Programme (NHP); • End-to-end workflow integration linking information and technical requirements to Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP), linking into a Common Data Environment (CDE) and enhanced reporting processes; • Real-time connection to a CDE, assurance flows, governance and reporting tools to support requirement-to-deliverable traceability; • Automated validation and document control checks to reduce repetitive manual tasks, delays and errors; • Performance and status reporting to provide visibility of uploaded, reviewed, outstanding, late or overdue information - improving accountability; • Scalable access model for the Information Management (IM) team, with wider benefit to assurance, reporting, NHP and NHS Hospital Trust-facing activities where appropriate. 10 licenses …
