Description

The Contract is for the operation of the Authority-owned leisure facilities: GL1 and Oxtalls Sports Park. The Contract also includes the design and delivery of a new neighbourhood-based service. Also included within the scope of the procurement, but subject to separate contractual arrangements with third parties, are University of Gloucestershire’s sports facilities including Oxstalls Arena (under a dual use agreement with UoG) and the planned Blackbridge Community and Sports Hub (under a lease with Blackbridge CCBS).
