Description
See attached contract for details. Progressing Design from RIBA Stage 3 to RIBA Stage 4 1.1. Appoint and lead the Design Team a) Employ Design Consultants: Engage key consultants such as architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, and other necessary specialists to complete the Technical Design, for manufacturing and construction stage (RIBA 4). b) Design Coordination: Lead design workshops and meetings to ensure integrated design solutions across disciplines. c) Design Management: Manage the design process, ensuring all parties adhere to the design brief, project scope, and cost parameters. d) Review and Sign-off: Regularly review design progress with the Project Manager and ensure all design outputs meet project requirements before sign-off at the end of RIBA Stage 4. 1.2.
