Legal support to enable the procurement and contracting of the demolition works at Dobbs Street, Wolverhampton. The appointed solicitors will act for the WMCA to draft, negotiate, agree and complete: (i) a demolition contract with the selected demolition contractor (ii) an employer's agent appointment to manage the demolition contract.
