We are seeking a motivated and skilled Legal Services Manager to join our busy Legal Services team. This role involves undertaking and supervising complex legal work relating to all areas of law in Corporate Services, including Information Governance, Prosecutions, Licensing and Business Support. Key elements of the role: o To manage the Governance and Regulatory services team. o To act as the Council's Data Protection Officer. o To undertake and supervise complex legal work relating to all work covered by the Corporate Services including, but not limited to, Governance, Data Protection/UK GDPR, Freedom of Information/Environmental Information requests, member misconduct issues, the Localism Act 2011, Regulatory work and Committee work. …
