We are seeking to commission partners to create and deliver bespoke, innovative, learner-focused and engaging interventions that are aimed at current and potential leaders from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic Communities, and is firmly rooted in best practice. Lot 1: Shadowing programme Lot 2: Reciprocal Mentoring Programme Lot 3: Leadership Development Skills Programme Additional information: Only Lots 1 and 2 were awarded.
