Description
Scottish Ministers are seeking expert support/facilitation to advance the Clusters programme in the 24/25 financial year. This will include establishing and supporting of a series of clusters throughout the year as we continue on our Public Service Reform journey. 9 The aims of the clusters are to: -Commit to looking at both short term efficiencies and longer-term transformation of services. -Demonstrate early progress on collaborative elements of the PSR programme. -Test and learn lessons from the design, formation, facilitation and delivery of other clusters. In order for these clusters to work, they require expert facilitation to support discussions and create event designs and ongoing interactions that are safe spaces for collaboration, mutual challenge and innovative thinking. The main objectives are to collectively explore, discuss, agree and propose where improvements and change is needed in order to deliver on our overarching purpose: to achieve sustainable, person-centred, outcome-focused public services.
