Description
Angus Council is undertaking preliminary market engagement to assess potential interest in the future management and operation of the West Links Facilities in Arbroath. The facilities include the pavilion, mini cars and track, crazy golf, footgolf, public toilets and tennis courts. The purpose of this exercise is to gather market feedback to inform the Council's consideration of future concession arrangements. Interested parties are invited to review and complete the attached Market Engagement Response Document. This exercise is for preliminary market engagement purposes only and does not constitute an invitation to tender or a commitment to undertake a subsequent procurement exercise.
