Description
Hywel Dda University Health Board (HDUHB) is seeking to establish a single contract with Mind Pembrokeshire for a second year (2025-26), in line with a pilot initiative funded by Welsh Government (WG) and the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to provide a specialist employment service for adults with disabilities, including mild to moderate health conditions, wellbeing and mental health issues called Individual Placement and Support in Primary Care (IPSPC). The service, which has been operational since July 2024, will continue to provide key outcomes for the Health Board in terms of supporting people's recovery and improving their health and wellbeing and increasing their opportunities for sustainable paid employment, thus ultimately reducing caseload numbers.
