Description
GC Business Growth Hub (GCBGH) wishes to appoint several providers to enter a Framework Contract for the delivery of specialist leadership development to owners, directors and senior leaders from diverse backgrounds that will develop their skills, knowledge, behaviours, and expertise to enable personal and business growth within their business. The programme will target growth businesses that have the capacity to create or safeguard jobs, increase turnover/sales, and launch new products and services within their marketplaces. All leaders and businesses will be reviewed by GCBGH for access to the programme of support on a number of factors which will include but not limited to - previous business support accessed, leadership development needs and growth potential. Each provider could work with one or multiple priority areas if their expertise permits. Providers could receive between £375 - £1500 excluding VAT per business they engage with as part of the programme.
