Description
GC Business is looking for particularly (but not exclusively) local Lancashire based experienced Expert Coaches and, or Action Learning Facilitators who can work with ambitious and inquisitive leaders of growth companies to help build their capacity to innovate and achieve growth throughout the duration of the programmes outlined in the tender documents LOT 1: Growth Catalyst Expert Coaching: As part of this programme up to 140, 2-hour, (or half day) Expert Coaching sessions will be delivered over MS Teams, Zoom or other platforms and will be made available to business leaders to help them address knowledge gaps or overcome challenges. As opportunities for deeper support through coaching are identified as part of the development of individual Growth Strategies and plans, or as a result of needs spotted by the businesses allocated Advisor during the course of the programme we will require the framework of Coaches to offer support.
