Description
Reed in Partnership intends to bid for the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Individual Placement and Support (IPS) contract, commissioned by the NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board. Delivery is expected to commence on 1st July 2025, for a 3-year & 9 month period, covering Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. The IPS programme is designed to provide intensive, individual support aiming to help people with severe mental health issues to gain and retain paid, competitive employment. Staff will be based in secondary mental health teams in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, with employment specialists working in close collaboration with clinical staff. They will also work with employers to seek employment opportunities for individuals and with any individuals who express an interest in employment to achieve an employment outcome. Delivery is expected to be predominantly face-to-face. Delivery must align with the IPS Fidelity model. We are seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from organisations with experience of: 1.
