Description
Reed in Partnership is looking for a provider that can support with additional capacity for the Refugee Employment Programme (REP), commissioned by the Home Office in the following Lot: London - specifically East London. The REP enhances support already provided to refugees to help them integrate and become self-sufficient quickly. The REP delivers employment support, English language support and integration support. The REP objectives include: • Supporting refugees into sustainable employment, tailored to the individual refugee's needs & skills • Supporting a holistic approach through partnership working • Alignment with existing local services to ensure a joined-up package of support • Supporting those assessed as needing additional support in addition to mainstream services e.g. DWP Job Centre Plus Network and Adult Education Budget (i.e., they would not be able to progress to self-sufficiency with mainstream support alone).
