Description

The delivery of the works undertaken by the Contractor under this Contract shall enable the Council to discharge their responsibility of the inspection, testing, certification and repair works of the following life safety systems at Shropshire Council Properties along with those of other external clients to the Council:  Convector / Fan assisted Heaters. Inspection, maintenance, and cleaning of convector/ fan assisted heating equipment in line with the manufacturers' recommendations, The IET Code of Practice for In-service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment, BS7671 and the Servicing Schedule - Appendix A. A before and after cleaning photograph to be included within the service report along with the date and time photo was taken. Off Peak/ night Storage heaters.
