Description
This request for information process will be to used to engage potential suppliers in both the fraud and contact centre market places with capability and capacity to deliver a Fraud and Corruption Reporting On-line service. How to Participate • Submissions must be via Atamis (https://atamis-1928.my.site.com/s/Welcome). Any questions can be submitted via the ‘Message Centre’. • Fully Read Appendix 1, Instructions and Provide a response to the requirements as outlined in the MoSCoW table and to each of the questions detailed in Appendix 2 • This should be in the format of concise written responses and any other information that you feel may be useful to us. • We do not intend for this RFI exercise to be too onerous to respond to.
