Previous PA23 Notices: UK1 Pipeline Notice – Procurement Act 2023 was published on April 1st 2026 (Notice Identifier: 2026/S 000-030361) in respect of a Direct Award for the continuation of Service for a Force Communications Solution. UK5 Transparency Notice – Procurement Act 2023 was published on April 1st 2026 (Notice Identifier: 2026/S 000-030381) UK6 Contract Award Notice – Procurement Act 2023 was published on April 2nd 2026 (Notice Identifier: 2026/S 000-030676). A mandatory standstill period of 8 working days was observed ending April 15th 2026. This is a UK7 Contract Details Notice Procurement Act 2023 published on October 20th 2026. These UK Notices are in respect of a Direct Award for the continuation of service for a Force Communication Solution to commence on March 8th 2028 with the incumbent provider. The intention is to replace the current contract CPA/SPU/401 which will reach the end of the term on March 7th 2028 as there are no further options to extend, and to enter into a new contract for an initial period of 5yrs with optional extensions.
