Leicester City Council 'the Authority' on behalf of the Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland HIV Action Plan Partnership is publishing this transparency notice under Provider Selection Regime 2023 to notify the market that the Authority is intending to use the Most Suitable Provider Process for the provision of HIV Community Peer Support Service.
