Description
Leicester City Council (the Council) undertook a below threshold targeted quotation procurement process, in line with the requirements under the below-threshold contract regulations of the Procurement Act 2023. The procurement exercise was undertaken to find a suitably qualified and experienced provider for the Provision of Enablement Supported Living Services for people with Physical and /or Sensory Disabilities - Harrison Court, Supported Living Scheme. The procurement of this service has now concluded and the contract provisionally awarded, subject to standstill. Services procured are as detailed in the tender documentation. This is a well-established Supported Living scheme with Leicester City Council working in partnership with Platform Housing Group and the care and support provider at this site. This three-storey scheme is located within Leicester City and has 16 self-contained flats and provides an opportunity to provide supported living services to eight people. The remaining rooms within Harrison Court are: 3x supported living voids, 1x communal room and the remaining flats are used by Platform Housing Group for general needs tenants.
