Description
Transport UK (Operations) Limited ("Transport UK") (formerly known as Abellio Transport Holdings Limited) is dedicated to offering safer, more reliable and easier rail journeys. A leading transport operating group, Transport UK focuses on transforming the industry and working with partners to offer a more convenient and better service to make people's lives easier. Transport UK runs train operators East Midlands Railway and West Midlands Railway (including its sub-brand, London Northwestern Railway), as well as the MerseyRail concession in a 50:50 joint venture with Serco. It operates Transport UK London Bus services with 700 buses on over 47 London routes, has recently invested in a major new depot and will shortly introduce electric buses on a number of its routes. Midlands Limited is pleased and proud to be the operator of EMR. It's our vision to drive the East Midlands towards a brighter future, working in partnership to connect cities, support communities and create easier journeys for everyone.
