Description
The Isle of Wight Council (The Authority) invited Tenders from Potential Suppliers for the provision of an Electronic Care Solution for the Isle of Wight Council's internal care homes- short term reablement care homes, community outreach (domiciliary) and long term learning disability care homes. To be awarded to a sole supplier under the Digital Social Care Records Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) Framework Agreement via Department of Health and Social Care. The Authority requires the provision of a digital system covering four different areas of digitalisation including a care planning tool /system for short-term respite and reablement care home services and long-term learning disability care homes service. The system needs to have a person's pen picture, care and support needs, any risk assessments and tools for staff to complete on a daily basis, for example, diary notes, fluid charts, care interventions. Digital Reception that acts as a visitors' book for people coming into the care home services including staff and giving all visitors the chance to comment on their visit by a quality assurance survey that they complete on their exit.
