Mae Chwaraeon Cymru yn chwilio am blatfform Adnoddau Dynol modern, sy'n canolbwyntio ar y defnyddiwr, i gefnogi cylch bywyd llawn cyflogeion, o recriwtio hyd at gyflogaeth, datblygu a rheoli'r gweithlu. Mae Chwaraeon Cymru yn dymuno caffael datrysiadau sy'n cyflawni’r canlynol: • Darparu profiad defnyddiwr modern a greddfol. • Bodloni Safonau'r Gymraeg drwy allu dwyieithog gwirioneddol yn hytrach na throshaenau cyfieithu peirianyddol. • Cydymffurfio â deddfwriaeth hygyrchedd a gofynion WCAG. • Lleihau gweinyddiaeth faniwal a dyblygu. • Gwella adrodd a gwybodaeth am y gweithlu. • Integreiddio'n effeithiol gydag ecosystem ddigidol ehangach Chwaraeon Cymru. • Cefnogi twf sefydliadol a gwella gwasanaethau yn y dyfodol.
