Description
The Council has ambitions to deliver a technology enabled lives programme at scale to drive its prevention agenda and support people who may draw on care and support to maximise their level of independence and autonomy and reduce the need for paid for care services. The support ERYC require to start this process is the development of a business case that includes: STAGE ONE • Establishment of the goals for the work/establishing the problem statement • An overview of the landscape for delivery of technology enabled lives STAGE TWO • The financial cases for or scaling up technology enabled care in terms of reducing existing support requirement. • A recommended way forward or list of options for consideration The contractor is also required to develop products/opportunities that can be shared with other councils, as a result of this work.
