Description
NHS Shared Business Services Limited (NHS SBS) act in an Agency capacity for and on behalf of its customers (Approved Organisations) - existing and new. These comprise of NHS and Social Care organisations (whether acting individually, or on behalf of, or together as members of any consortia) along with any other public or private sector bodies which NHS SBS authorises to use the resulting Framework Agreement. As an Accredited Framework Provider under the NHS England Accredited Scheme, NHS SBS intends publish a joint procurement with NHS Supply Chain Ltd (NHSSC) to put in place a Framework Agreement for the Distribution of Advanced Wound Care Products that aligns with the Accreditation Programme standards which will be used by NHS SBS Approved Organisations. NHS Supply Chain and NHS Shared Business Services intend to work in collaboration with suppliers and distributors to provide the most optimal solution for wound care provision across the NHS by aligning resources and capabilities.
