Description

The Facilities Management Services contract will provide a range of planned and reactive services at the Council's civic offices (The Forum). The appointed contractor will be responsible for the provision of a combination of hard and soft FM services, including maintenance services (incl. M&E), cleaning, catering, waste and security services. Additional information: Dacorum Borough Council invite interested suitable companies that provide Facilities Management Services to attend a pre-market engagement session at The Forum, Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP1 1DN on Thursday 18th July 2024. The event will run from 10.00am - 1.00pm. The Facilities Management Services contract will provide a range of planned and reactive services at the Council's civic offices (The Forum). The appointed contractor will be responsible for the provision of a combination of hard and soft FM services, including maintenance services (incl.
