Coventry City Council is seeking to appoint a Big Wheel Operator for Christmas Markets in 2024, 2025 and 2026. Since February 2010, Coventry; Solihull; Warwickshire; Nuneaton and Bedworth; Rugby alongside other local district Councils have been working together as a shared procurement service.
