Description
We formally invite you to submit a tender for the provision of pre- and post-contract design consultancy services in accordance with the RIBA Design and Building framework. This is for the refurbishment and expansion project at 9 Frankwell Drive & 7 Nutbrook Avenue, Coventry. Contractor to be appointed under a JCT intermediate with specialist design portion to be agreed.
