Description
Fusion21 is establishing a 4-year Construction and Refurbishment Framework. The framework will cover the provision of construction and refurbishment works for participating contracting authorities across the United Kingdom, in accordance with the objectives and requirements of the Procurement Act 2023 (PA23). Preliminary market engagement was carried out by Fusion21 following the publication of a Preliminary Market Engagement Notice 2026/S 000-090708 (OCID: ocds-h6vhtk-06f755). This tender notice is for the award of a public contract through an open procedure in accordance with section 20(1) and (2)(a) of the PA 2023. The framework is divided into the following lots: Lot 1 – Housing Refurbishment & New Build Lot 2 – Non-Domestic Refurbishment & New Build Works may be delivered to the internal and external areas of any existing operational, residential, industrial or commercial assets, public buildings, and any other property and/or related assets owned, rented or leased by Members.
