Brief description: There has never been such an exciting time to work for the Housing Team within Sandwell Council. With the changes in legislation coming in and an ambitious Housing Strategy to deliver we have a wide range of large-scale regeneration and improvement projects that will improve the quality of homes we provide to our residents. As well as a number of major projects to improve and modernise our residential high-rise blocks around the borough we have some ground-breaking innovative projects as we turn our carbon zero and energy. Sandwell is looking to recruit a Capital Project Manager to play a central role in the design of the programme and the delivery of a number of high profile, high priority regeneration projects.
