The Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA) is seeking an external provider to support the development, review and refinement of project-level business cases for Brownfield Housing Fund (BHF) Round 4 schemes, helping to unlock £32 million of funding and facilitate the delivery of approximately 1,085 new homes across the Tees Valley.
