Description
The contracting authority is seeking a consultant to support the development of a pipeline of projects for the Brownfield Housing Fund Round 4 programme through undertaking two distinct pieces of work - project maturity (gateway) assessments and developing/hosting business case workshops for eligible applicants. This notice is being published retrospectively due to a delay in signing the contract documentation. Notwithstanding this delay, the contract commenced on 31 August 2026.
