Description
Provision of supported hostel accommodation and support services under the A Bed for Every Night (ABEN) scheme for individuals who are homeless, rough sleeping, or at risk of rough sleeping. The provider will deliver approximately 20 units of HMO-style supported accommodation , including accommodation management, support planning, tenancy sustainment, safeguarding, move-on support and partnership working.
