The University of Sheffield is out to tender on behalf of the Department of Estates and Facilities Management for a refurbishment and demolition works at Solly Street. Scope of Requirement: The project aims refurbish and remodel Suites 49 and 50 of no.3 Solly Street to provide a Clinical Assessment Room, Reception, Waiting Area and 3no. Consultation Rooms. The works are to be delivered under a single contract and are briefly outlined below: Demolitions:  Demolition of redundant internal glazed screens  Demolition of existing internal partitions to RDS 223  Removal of existing floor finishes  Removal of existing suspended ceilings  Removal of redundant mechanical and electrical services Refurbishment Works:  Formation of 1no.
