The Works comprise the construction of 1 No high quality flexible industrial building with 4 No units and all associated infrastructure works on the site at Upper Achintore, Fort William. The infrastructure works will include drainage, service, street lighting and utility provisions/ducting and the like. This will include duct/draw wire provision for utilities and future EV installation.
