Kuvaus
The object of the tender process is Universal Flatbed Computer-to Screen (CtS) and Computer-to-Plate (CtP) System. Machine is mainly aimed High resolution Direct Screen Exposure device for research and industrial printing. Main applications are exposure of conductor printing screen for LTCC, Thick film and flexible electronics. Also area of interest: Spin coated Dry and wet photoresist on silicon for microfluidic channel thickness up to 150 µm.
