INVITATION TO MARKERT DIALOGUE With this RFI Yle invites interested suppliers to participate in the market dialogue held prior publishing the call for tenders (RFQ or RFP). In this RFI, Yle is looking to identify the solutions available in the market that could meet Yle’s needs. In the RFI process, Yle may schedule meetings with a few chosen suppliers. Yle is preparing a public procurement concerning a solution for media management, archiving, preservation and security. SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE PROCUREMENT The planned procurement concerns a comprehensive solution for: * Long-term Preservation: Archiving and preserving media assets for the long term. * Asset Management and Security: Securely managing, storing, and enabling the retrieval of media assets. * Lifecycle and Metadata Management: Managing the content lifecycle and associated metadata. * System Integration: Seamlessly integrating with existing production and content management systems. * Data Integrity: Guaranteeing data availability, security, and compliance.
