Kuvaus
The company’s current archiving system and related processes are largely manual without any integrations into external systems. To reduce operational and personnel-related risks, as well as minimizing manual work steps, the company intends to procure a largely automated and integrated solution for archiving. The scope of the procurement is a SaaS-based archiving system accessible via a web browser and hosted in the cloud. The solution should provide secure, centralized storage and long-term preservation of electronic records ja documents, ensuring their availability, integrity, authenticity, and confidentiality throughout their lifecycle. The solution may be adopted for broader organisational use over time. Consequently, the overall scope and value of the service may increase during the contract period. This is not a contract notice or an invitation to tender, but a request for information (RFI) intended for potential suppliers.
