Kuvaus
High-quality research-grade upright fluorescence microscope for imaging of microscope slides with a comprehensive set of both air and oil-immersion objectives. High-quality research-grade upright fluorescence microscope for imaging of microscope slides with a comprehensive set of both air and oil-immersion objectives. The system needs to include a fluorescence light source, together with a wide variety of filters, a sensitive camera for fluorescence imaging, and workstation for the imaging software. Filters need to cover a wide range of wavelengths, from around 350 nm to 750 nm, and cover the most commonly used fluorescent dyes. The microscope needs to be equipped with motorized filter and objective changers.
