GENERAL Geological Survey of Finland (GTK) has commenced the preparation of the procurement of an autoclave. As part of the preparation of the tendering process, the contracting authority is conducting a market dialogue. Please note that this is a market consultation notice, not a request for tenders. This market consultation notice does not yet invite the submission of tenders. Participation in the market dialogue is entirely voluntary. Participation or non-participation in the market dialogue will not affect a supplier’s opportunities to take part in the procurement procedure to be conducted at a later stage. The market dialogue does not oblige anyone to participate in the actual tendering process, nor does it exclude anyone from it.
