Kuvaus
The object of the tender process is Computer-Controlled Belt Conveyor Heat Dryer and UV Dryer for Cleanroom Applications. Request for Quotation (RFQ) concerns the procurement of a drying oven system designed for heat and UV curing of screen-printed pastes on various substrates. The system must support both thermal and ultraviolet curing processes, ensuring flexibility and precision across a range of applications. To meet the performance and process control requirements, the oven must feature fully computer- and software-controlled operation, with the ability to store and manage multiple process recipes. The system should allow for adjustable control of heat settings, conveyor belt speed, blower speed, and UV power, enabling optimized curing profiles tailored to specific materials and production needs. The solution should include at least two independently controlled heating zones to support staged thermal processing, and a dedicated UV curing section with programmable belt speed and UV intensity.
